Collection and delivery for garden machinery, subject to the job. A long trip for one small, cheap machine — one lawn mower or one chainsaw — is rarely worth it for the customer or for Paul, unless they want to pay the collection and delivery cost, which will be high. Several machines on the same trip, such as two ride-on mowers, a lawn mower and a chainsaw, are a different job. When a collection is agreed, Paul repairs the machines at the Hyde workshop and brings them back.
